Denzy offers two ways to earn rewards: the Gift Card Program for new patients and the Referral Program for Denzy users. Please review the eligibility criteria for each below. Common terms that apply to both programs are listed at the end.
1. Program Overview
- New patients who book a qualifying appointment through Denzy at one of our partner clinics will receive a gift card reward after their appointment. The gift card amount depends on the platform & source they booked from (Meta, Google, etc).
- Rewards can be chosen from 100+ popular brands (Amazon, Walmart, Apple, etc.) or as a prepaid Visa/Mastercard usable almost anywhere.
- Patients who book using a referral link earn their gift card reward through the Referral Program in Section 2 instead. Rewards cannot be stacked.
2. Eligibility - How to Earn Gift Cards
To qualify, all conditions below must be met:
2.1 New Patient at the Clinic
- The patient must be a new patient at the clinic they book with, meaning they have not previously visited or been a patient at that clinic. Existing patients of the clinic are not eligible.
2.2 Appointment Booking
- Appointments must be booked through the Denzy online platform.
- Appointments booked by phone, in person, or other websites are not eligible.
2.3 Qualified Services
- To qualify, an exam plus any one treatment must be completed at a participating partner clinic. Examples of treatment include a cleaning, filling, or extraction, though any other type of dental treatment also qualifies.
- Only completing a dental exam, including x-rays, does not qualify for rewards. A consultation also does not qualify for rewards.
2.4 Insurance Rules
- All private insurance plans are accepted and eligible for the gift card offer.
- For government insurance, only the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) & Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) are eligible.
- All other government-funded insurance plans (e.g., ODSP, Healthy Smiles, Alberta Adult Health Benefit, provincial health plans) are not eligible.
2.5 Treatment Completion
- Patient must attend and complete the qualifying treatment at a Denzy partner clinic.
2.6 Age Requirement
- Patient must be older than 10 years old on the date of the appointment.
2.7 One-Time Claim
- This reward is a lifetime offer. Each patient may only claim one Denzy gift card in their lifetime.
2.8 Account Consistency
- Appointment must be booked under the same name as the patient receiving treatment.
- If multiple appointments are booked under one account, only one gift card may be claimed.
2.9 Redemption Period
- The gift card claim must be submitted within 6 months of the appointment date.
3. Claim Submission Process
To claim a gift card reward, patients must:
- Upload their dental appointment invoice to their Denzy account (login at denzy.ai/login → “User Profile” → “Upload Receipts”).
- The invoice must include:
- Clinic and dentist name
- Patient’s name
- Services completed
- Appointment date
- Note: Treatment plans, predeterminations, estimates, or appointment confirmations are not accepted.
- Once validated, gift card rewards will be delivered by email in the amount stated in your original offer. It can take 1-3 business days for our rewards team to verify and issue your gift card.
Anyone with a Denzy account can participate in the Referral Program. No prior appointment is required.
1. How It Works
- When you create a Denzy account, you automatically receive a unique referral link you can share with anyone.
- When someone you referred completes a qualifying appointment through Denzy, both of you receive a $50 gift card reward.
- Referrer receives: $50 gift card.
- Referred patient receives: $50 gift card.
- Rewards cannot be stacked. A referred patient who books through a referral link receives the $50 referral gift card reward under this program, not this reward plus a separate gift card under Section 1.
- Rewards are issued after the referred patient’s qualifying appointment has been verified.
2. Who Can Refer
- Anyone 18 years of age or older with a Denzy account can participate as a referrer.
- No prior dental appointment is required to earn referral bonuses.
- Create your account at denzy.ai to receive your referral link.
3. Eligibility - Referred Patient
For the referral to qualify, all conditions below must be met:
3.1 New Patient at the Clinic
- The referred person must be a new patient at the clinic they book with, meaning they have not previously visited or been a patient at that clinic. Existing patients of the clinic are not eligible.
3.2 Age Requirement
- The referred patient must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the appointment.
3.3 Appointment Booking
- The appointment must be booked through the Denzy platform using the referrer’s unique referral link.
- Appointments booked by phone, in person, or without a referral link do not qualify.
3.4 Qualified Services
- The referred patient must complete an exam plus at least one treatment at a Denzy partner clinic.
- Examples of qualifying treatments include a cleaning, filling, or extraction. Any dental treatment qualifies.
- Completing an exam or x-rays only does not qualify. A consultation alone does not qualify.
3.5 Insurance Rules

- Log in at denzy.ai/login → “User Profile” → “Upload Receipts”.
- The invoice must include:
- Clinic and dentist name
- Patient’s name
- Services completed
- Appointment date
- Note: Treatment plans, predeterminations, estimates, and appointment confirmations are not accepted.
- Once verified, both the referrer and the referred patient will receive their $50 reward by email within 1-3 business days.
The following terms apply to both the Gift Card Program and the Referral Program.
1. Right to Refuse Claims
Denzy reserves the right to deny or revoke any reward if:
- The claim is invalid, incomplete, duplicate, or ineligible.
- Fraud, misuse, or program abuse has occurred.

2. Privacy & Consent
- By participating, patients consent to Denzy collecting necessary information (name, clinic details, treatment details) to verify and process rewards.
- Consent may be withdrawn in writing, but doing so will cancel your claim or pending reward.
3. Termination & Changes
- Denzy may update, suspend, or terminate either program at any time, for any reason.
- Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
- Continued participation means updated terms are accepted.
