We ask that you realize we don’t work for an insurance company, but we do work 100% for our patients. Most insurance companies provide great benefits for our patients, and we’re going to do everything we can to maximize your benefits. So please understand that the fees that we charge and the treatment that we’re going to recommend is specifically designed for your specific needs and never based on your insurance coverage. We work to help patients fit their dental care into their monthly budget and accept a range of payment options. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE. For all treatment over $750, a deposit of 50% is required to reserve your appointment. In-Office Savings Plan Villanova Dental Studio is pleased to offer an In-office savings plan for patients, a dental savings plan that can make budgeting your dental care easy and affordable. Our savings plan offers options to meet your needs, from individuals to families. Participants receive routine care and can enjoy discounted rates on other treatments. Usual and Customary Rates Our practice is committed to providing the best treatment for our patients. Our fees reflect the quality of our care. You are responsible for payment regardless of any insurance company’s arbitrary determination of usual and customary rates. Adult Patients Adult patients are responsible for full payment at time of service. Minor Patients The adult accompanying a minor and the parents (or guardians) of the minor are responsible for full payment. For unaccompanied minors, non-emergency treatment will be denied unless charges have been pre-authorized to be approved: Visa/MasterCard or payment by cash at time of service has been verified. Missed Appointments Unless canceled at least two business days in advance, we reserve the right to charge for missed appointments at the rate of $50 to the full amount of the scheduled visit. This is separate from our deposit policy. Please help us serve you better by keeping scheduled appointments Interest We reserve the right to charge interest in the amount of 18% per annum. Courtesy Discount To receive a 5% courtesy discount on any treatment over $750, you have the option to pay the entire amount by CASH or CHEQUE one week or more before your scheduled appointment.
